Andhra Cements Ltd, (formerly Andhra Cement Company Limited) incorporated on 9 th day of December 1936 under the Indian Companies Act 1913, and later the name of the company was changed as ‘Andhra Cements Limited’ (ACL), on 24th December 1990. The Company was originally incorporated in December 1936 and had since then experienced several changes with respect to the Promoters and Management control of the Company.

Andhra Cements Limited, a Cement Manufacturing Company, one of the First Generation Cement Plant was established in the State of Andhra Pradesh and is a part of SAGAR GROUP and subsidiary of ‘Sagar Cements Limited’, which owns the Brand viz, ’SAGAR’ a leading Cement Brand in the country.

The Companies Equity Shares were listed at National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
